A core pillar of our methodology is Tenant-Based Architecture. As a Microsoft Power Platform consultancy, our work is performed directly within your Microsoft 365 environment. Power Platform MD does not host, store, or maintain external repositories of your enterprise data. Your information remains entirely within your own managed tenant and subject to your own organizational security controls.

4. HIPAA & PHI Compliance

We specialize in architecting solutions designed to meet HIPAA standards for HR and Legal departments. Please note:

The client maintains the primary Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Microsoft.
Our role is to configure the "Application Layer" to ensure security (e.g., Row-Level Security, Data Loss Prevention).
We do not act as a data repository for Protected Health Information (PHI).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information is only shared with third-party service providers (such as hosting or email services) necessary to operate our business, provided those parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality.
